At 720Thrifts, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our business and the uniqueness of our inventory, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please read before purchasing:

• All items are sold as-is
• Many items are vintage and/or pre-owned, and may show signs of wear
• We do our best to accurately describe and show all items during listings
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to review item details, sizing, and condition before purchasing

Exceptions (if applicable):

We will only review issues if:

• You receive the wrong item, or
• Your order never arrives

If either of these occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos + order info).
